Burnin’ Abs “Reformer Every Day” MONDAY

Focus : Burnin’ abs, firming up our core, and we’ll sneak in some upper back and glutes as well. Welcome to Day 1, Week 3, of our REFORMER EVERY DAY challenge, or Reformer “1 a day” Monday through Friday weekly schedule.
Class Level : Intermediate level taught, but I encourage ALL levels to try this class and this weekly schedule. Remember that you can adapt or modify anything to your level by making it either more intense or less so. Suggestions are made throughout by how you can do that!
The Course of this Class : Today’s class is after our Burn & Firm style class. We combine classical & contemporary Pilates. This class hones in on those muscle groups to strengthen, build lean, muscle tone and firm & pulse it for that burn! Today’s class is excellent to develop more abdominal strength and flatten out that belly.
Goals : Increase core strength & connectivity. Work that core just until we’ve got burnin’ abs! Cinch in that waistline.
Move every day on the Reformer. Alternate focus to get a full body workout throughout the entire week. Train smart. Get stronger. Improve fitness level. Increase mind-body awareness and connectivity. Always improve muscle tone, balance & coordination. Oh and… have some fun 👍🏼!
