This 28 minute fun jump session is an easy add-on to any other workout; or a stand alone to pump in some cardio to your weekly workout routine! This is a full body workout that will get your heart rate up, improve your posture (while airborne, a nice side benefit), flush your lymphatic system, and tone your muscles.

A 28 minute length class devoted to some easy breezy, and some more cardio sprint, jumping to tone the whole body and work our heart muscle! Boost energy and metabolism. Improve stamina and endurance in lungs and muscles. All trampoline workouts will also cleanse your lymphatic system, challenge and improve your balance (proprioceptive and vestibular systems), improve your posture, and improve your coordination which includes your mind-body connection and cognitive elasticity. Low impact exercise to help improve and maintain healthy bone density. Fat and caloric burn. Encourage lean muscle mass. Heart and lung health. Improve feet and ankle flexibility and strength.
