Cardio Bounce, Balance & Plyo Pick Up to 🎵 🎶🎵

*Equipment Needed :     Trampoline (We use a special trampoline, the Bellicon, which absorbs 95% of the shock, think about investing in a trampoline which provides this unique benefit to the body).

Focus :    Cardio Bounce, Balance & Plyo meaning plyometrics. We are focused on raising the heart rate, getting that cardiovascular training in which helps to quickly increase our fitness level; single leg balance and posture along with some gentle plyometric weight transfer exercises which will strengthen both power and control in the eccentric part of your movement.

The Course of this Class :     Guys I’m including a Playlist for you today to listen along to as bouncing is simply MEANT TO DO WITH MUSIC 🎶 ! Our pace today is a bit quicker than prior bounce workouts but hopefully LOTS OF FUN! Turn the music on and join me. I’m breaking my own rule and not starting with a foot roll out, so if you want that, grab your small ball and quickly roll out your feet before you start the video. We’ll hit our CORE as always first, to tempo, then come up to bounce, and finish with plyo and core again! 🔥

Goals :     Improve cardiovascular strength and stamina. Increase fitness level. Improve single leg balance and eccentric strength, improving injury prevention. Improve blood, lymph and oxygen flow in the body, including benefit from cellular cleansing. Build lean muscle tone & burn fat. HAVE FUN!
