Jump for Joy Cardio Day “Reformer Every Day” FRIDAY

Focus : Cardio day: lots of legs, but also full body, fat & calorie burning workout. Welcome to Day 5, Week 3, of our REFORMER EVERY DAY challenge, or Reformer “1 a day” Monday through Friday weekly schedule.
Class Level : Intermediate level taught, but I encourage ALL levels to try this class and this weekly schedule. Remember that you can adapt or modify anything to your level by making either more intense or less so. Suggestions are made throughout by how you can do that!
The Course of this Class : Get ready to jump and jump some more, from all angles! Heart rate up quick and then we’ll sustain that for most of class. We’ll throw in some toning and strengthening work in between the cardio work as well.
Goals : Burn fat. Increase fitness level. Improve cardiovascular strength. Get a sweat! Love our hearts! Trim down those legs. Have fun and work the whole body.
Move every day on the Reformer. Alternate focus to get a full body workout throughout the entire week. Train smart. Get stronger. Improve fitness level. Increase mind-body awareness and connectivity. Always improve muscle tone, balance & coordination.
