*Equipment Needed : Reformer. Jump board. Small Stability Ball.
Class Level : Intermediate – Advanced.
The Course of this Class : This cardio jumpboard session was called “Energy Starter” before a full day teachers’ workshop on dynamic movement. Lower body strong: feet, ankles, legs, and glutes. But we also hit your abs, arms and upper body too, don’t worry! We start strong and standing. So, get ready for scooters and flying lunges before ever coming down to the Reformer. Then, kneeling abs over the moving carriage. Next get ready to jump, isolate your abs using the stability ball and work your foot to ankle to leg alignment. We’ll be in plenty of stability and strength challenging positions.
Goals : This class is designed to get your blood flowing and heart pumping. It’s an energetic, strong athletic class meant to improve your strength, connectivity and coordination. You’ll finish feeling bright, energized, stronger and more connected head to toe.
