This is our Cardio Reformer jump workout LIVE class replay Wednesdays, for a mid-week pick-me-up & some fat burning, heart pumping fun!
Get ready to jump & sweat for 20 minutes on the Reformer and floor every Wednesday. In only 20 minutes you can get a lot in, we’ve tailored this so it’s easy to do in even the busiest day. This live class follows our strength building class just before: Burn & Firm on the Reformer. Now is the perfect time to burn some extra calories after your strength work. Or just come straight to cardio.
This class satisfies & you’ll skip out of class today with new found energy.
Focus : Cardio & endurance! We are going to compare today the difference between jumping on the ground standing and jumping on the board lying down. We’ll feel the difference and also fire up our glutes before hitting our lying jumps on the board! Lower body emphasis today, but as always, we use the whole body in integration.
Class Level : ALL levels! Modify and adjust the workout to make it to your level, we want everyone to join!
Goals : Burn calories & improve our fitness & endurance. Move quickly and effectively. A great mid-week motivational cardio Reformer jump workout.
