Classical Flow Class: Gently Tone & Move from Center-Out

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

This full body mobility and strength toning flow will review some of our classics and basics while focusing on breath and moving from your center outward. This is a great centering class to come to if you’ve had a harrowing day or week, just need to get some movement in but need less intensity and more flow.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + sitting box.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels.

GOALS :     

Gently tone and strengthen the body using classical exercises and flow on the Reformer. Work full body mobility, flexibility and centering. Focus on breath work coordinated with each movement to get the most out of your practice. Center mind and body. Encourage healthy blood flow. Spinal movement and opening. Improve posture. Overall good for the body and joints.
