Core and Glutes, Strong Body, FLOW

FOCUS :   

Deeply tone and strengthen your core and glutes today with me on the beach. Today’s class includes challenging side positions to really increase our oblique strength and lateral line strength in the hips and legs. From crunches and curls to planks and lunges you’ll hit it all for a full sculpting session all under 30 minutes!

This is FLOW! A different style of class which gives you a chance to practice along with me in my own movement time, all the while tuning into your body and your center. I won’t be talking or teaching, you will simply hear the 🌿outdoor sounds along with your breath. The exercises are posted up in the video so keep watching to see what is next. Feel free to modify as you need. Put all you have learned in our teaching sessions to practice here, and drop us any questions that might arise during class below.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Mat and medium size soft ball.

CLASS LEVEL :     

Intermediate level but no matter what level of practice you are I encourage you to try today’s class and simply listen to your body, modify as you need.

If you are a brand new beginner, I suggest starting with our Beginner program first as well as our How To Foundations videos to familiarize yourself with certain alignment and breath basics. Then return here and join us in this Flow. 👍

CLASS FLOW :   

As mentioned above, you’ll be doing floor work as well as standing exercises, all the while using the soft ball throughout. A seamless flow from start to finish, focus on your breath and your center. Stick with it to the end and then mark your workout complete!☑️ You’ll be done before you know it and your body will reward you for it.

GOALS :     

Improve overall strength and core strength, connectivity, coordination, breath, centering and control. Total body fitness. Strengthen glutes, hips, side lines, plank positions and strengthen that core above all. Improve muscle engagement and firing patterns. Quick toning and sculpting. Flow with strength and breath.
