Hot off the Press Abs
core challenge… *Equipment Needed : Foam Roller. Reformer and Long/Short box.
Focus : Plan to get in some serious AB crush in this energetic, out-of-the-box athletic class.
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : We start slow with a nice floor warm up (but don’t let that fool you), next we move it onto the Reformer for some unconventional jumping! We’ll use the foam roller to give us some yummy spine stretches meanwhile increasing the intensity of the CORE challenge. We’ll also work our eye-foot coordination, that’s a fun one and one we don’t see often. This is great for athletes and for everyone honestly! And then, well, we’ll just keep moving around the Reformer chiseling those ABS. Lastly we’ll make sure to open the chest and work the upper back.
Goals : Working to improve and strengthen flow, coordination, and cognition. And of course, increasing lean muscle mass and a strong core.
