You’ll also strengthen the backs of your arms, shoulder supporters and find more strength, stability and balance at the end of today’s class.

This class has some more advanced moves in it, however, I encourage all levels to try class because the larger whole of class is accessible to all levels. For those moves you aren’t quite ready for yet, just skip them. The fit ball is a fabulous prop to help improve your level of practice as it really increases the depth of your strength inside to out!
This live class replay will target elevating your deep core strength for greater support to your spine, better posture and breathing and healthier moving overall. We will move in all planes, and really challenge our centering ability defying the ball’s instability. A fun and challenging class to try some exercises we don’t often do but should weave in more regularly to see a radical improvement and maintenance in those deep core muscles.
Build and maintain a deep strength in pelvic floor, transverse abdominus and your obliques; while connecting this strength to your shoulder supporters. Improve your centering, balance and movement from inward outward. Work your mind-body connection, muscle firing and awareness. Improve coordination, posture and alignment, and even some flexibility work. Work the core and power house directly and dynamically.
