Focus : Core foam roller – back to the basics. Today I’ll be reminding us of those foundational Pilates principles while we focus our work on our core. I’ll talk about how to set yourself up to get the best and the most out of the work. We’ll progress at a moderate pace. Though abs targeted, we’ll get a well rounded full body workout including side and back body. If you are a beginner, or even if you are intermediate looking for a slower pace workout today or wanting to work on your form, this workout is great!
