Core & More Reformer Please

Focus : Arms & Abs in this core & more reformer workout today. The more is our upper body, shoulders and arms.
Class Level : I am calling this an ALL levels class today. If you are new to Pilates these exercises are simple enough to learn here but complex enough to still give those of us practicing for a long time that burn and tone we’ve come to know and love.
The Course of this Class : We start on all fours, rather strong for the shoulder girdle and upper body but so effective for that core. We’ll turn around afterwards and use lots of straps, the shortbox, and more for a slow, concentrated flow today. Deep, focused inner work.
Goals : Increase upper body strength, form and alignment. Improve mind body connection, control and precision.
