Core Powered, Barre Hopping Burn Out, REFORMER FIT IN 15-20

FOCUS :   

Full Body, core-powered burn. This barre hopping workout will boost your metabolism boosting, sculpt and scoop your core, and energize you head to toe. Today’s class is fun, creative and out of the box. You’ll leave energized and toned from backs of arms, to abs, to legs.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + Bosu ball (you can substitute with a foam roller or a soft ball).

CLASS LEVEL :     

Class taught at an intermediate level, however all levels are encouraged to try each class in this series. Modify and adjust as you need, listen to your body. Pause the video, do less or more reps, this is YOUR workout so adapt it to your level today 😊💪!

CLASS FLOW :   

An under 20 minute strengthening and toning workout with continuous flow start to finish. You’ll have a timer to cue you how long each exercise is and when the next is coming.

GOALS :     

Quick but deep and effective toning, sculpting, body refining and shaping workouts. Intelligent movement. Functional fitness. Improve alignment, posture, muscle firing, overall strength and fitness, circulation, metabolism boost and energy flow. Learn creative flows and ideas on your Reformer.
