Reformer + 1 set of heavier weights + soft ball + sitting box + jump board.
Class taught at a basic intermediate level. The moves are tough but you’ll see them done by beginner to intermediate students with plenty of modifications and suggestions given. If you are advanced you’ll simply flow through teaching times adding more reps to your movement and increasing your intensity.
This class can be broken apart in 3 sections if desired. You start with a deep and tough core set up; you move into a springless series with weights challenging overall strength; and you finish with a cardio push at the very end. Done all in one it will require stamina and you’ll feel accomplished at the end of all you did, but know that it can be easily adapted to be used in multiple sessions if desired for time or level reasons.
