Core Sculpt, Full Body Flush, Cardio Push

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

Sculpt, deeply tone and shape your core, upper and lower body. This class is tough and will cover head to toe and all around toning, sculpting and shaping. You’ll finish feeling worked and much stronger than before.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + 1 set of heavier weights + soft ball + sitting box + jump board.

CLASS LEVEL :     

Class taught at a basic intermediate level. The moves are tough but you’ll see them done by beginner to intermediate students with plenty of modifications and suggestions given. If you are advanced you’ll simply flow through teaching times adding more reps to your movement and increasing your intensity.

CLASS FLOW :   

This class can be broken apart in 3 sections if desired. You start with a deep and tough core set up; you move into a springless series with weights challenging overall strength; and you finish with a cardio push at the very end. Done all in one it will require stamina and you’ll feel accomplished at the end of all you did, but know that it can be easily adapted to be used in multiple sessions if desired for time or level reasons.

GOALS :     

Deep and effective toning, sculpting and core refining. Functional fitness. Improve your overall strength, mind body connection, coordination, deep core strength, muscle firing patterns, alignment in movement, stamina and endurance, and power. Learn creative flows and ideas on your Reformer.
