CLASS LEVEL :
Class taught at an intermediate level, however all levels are encouraged to try each class in this series. Modify and adjust as you need, listen to your body. Pause the video, do less or more reps, this is YOUR workout so adapt it to your level today 😊💪!
CLASS FLOW :
A 20 minute cardio blast and strengthening and toning workout using the jumpboard. Be ready to move continuously from start to finish! This will test our endurance and grow our stamina. You’ll jump during 20-30 second intervals with 10 second transitions.
