De-Stressing Stretch, Flow + Recover Tower Class

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

This stretch and recovery class focuses on lots of spine rolling, tractioning the spine in all directions, opening the front of the body and just providing the body with easy movement and flow to feed the muscles and tissues while also allowing them to recover from those tougher workout days.

Use this class when you are going through high stress times, it will help alleviate your body from holding onto that stress, let it all go, bring breath and life back into your tissues and melt away the stiffness and achiness that comes with stress and/or lots of concentric intense workout days in a row.

A great class to come back to time and time again.

Tower/Cadillac/Wall springboard.

CLASS LEVEL :     

ALL levels.

GOALS :     

Stretch and recovery class. Bring breath, length and blood flow into sore, tight, stiff muscles. Destress! Muscles need recovery too in order to stay strong, so take the time for these type of classes for a holistic approach to your whole fitness journey. Improve mind-body connection, think about alignment and each bone stacking. Work on breath through movement and in stretches to mobilize and open the tissues. Keep moving on down days not by adding stress but by adding gentle flow and thereby increasing energy and improving mood.
