deep core.. *Equipment Needed : Stability ball and Mat.
Focus : Join me from Sugarloaf Rock in Western Australia. We’ll start with some pre-Pilates exercises and a stretching to stronger flow to connect to our deep core stabilizing muscles. This is a well rounded, full body flow great for anyone but especially a strong beginners – beginning intermediate.
Class Level : Beginner – Intermediate.
The Course of this Class : We’ll be using the stability ball to help us go deep. Next, we go into some shoulder and thoracic stretches, and then we move into some glute and ab work. Back extensions and opening up the front line of our body come after, while we challenge our back body strength. Lastly we’ll hit our obliques and side booty.
Goals : Core connect. Shoulder stretch.
