Let’s go back in time to this LIVE class, dynamic, full body Chair workout. You’ll work full body integration using complex exercises involving top to bottom movement, and functional fitness. Spinal flexion and extension, rotation and mobility; strengthen your core, glutes, legs, arms and upper back. Learn to initiate your movement from center out. Strengthen your coordination and improve your dynamic movement.
Chair, Pilates ring (magic circle), Mat, and wooden dowel (optional).
Intermediate level on up.
Class moves steadily and at a good pace. You’ll work from standing to seated, to down on the mat and back up on the chair. The Pilates ring will increase the challenge in inner thighs, pelvic floor, core and general coordination. This powerful tool will help you to move from center out.
