Deep core toning work combined with challenging unilateral pulls, this choreographed workout will cover everything from front of body to back of body, head to toe. If you struggle with inequality between sides, this workout is for you. You’ll not only begin to balance those imbalances but also challenge your body to move with integrity and best alignment no matter the variables. This class has lots of fun and creative variations and works the body very evenly in that you will get a good amount of back extension work to combat our often forward posture in our day to day lives.

Class starts dynamically standing, moves into unilateral work, and then into back strengthening before hitting planks.
Deepening your overall strength, mind-body connectivity, coordination, balance, and muscle tone. Deep and effective toning, sculpting and core refining. Functional fitness. Improve your dynamic standing balance and strength against outside variables that can throw us out of best alignment. Help balance out imbalances from side to side or as a result of injury or surgery. Support your spine by developing and maintaining a strong core and glutes.
