Class Level : Intermediate – Advanced.
The Course of this Class : Get ready for a strong flow from the start. Lots of standing balance, flying lunges, glute work and shoulder strengthening. Next, unilateral core challenges, good for the obliques and the whole system in this dynamic Reformer full body fit class.
Goals : Be more connected, stronger, more coordinated and more agile on the Reformer.
