Dynamic Total Body Moves, Power Reformer Sculpt

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

This total body, functional fitness, weighted class moves you through every day functional movements in which we must maintain our strength and stability. You’ll strengthen both your dynamic sling (diagonal) system (also known as cross crawl), as well as your anterior (front) and posterior (back) chain of the body. You’ll work your standing balance, your vestibular system (that’s your brain’s internal balance system), your inversions, in addition to your shoulders, core, glutes and legs.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + sitting box + ankle weights + 1 set of medium-heavy (appropriate to your level of practice) dumbbells.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels.

GOALS :     

Improve bone density. Increase overall strength, posture, functional fitness, form, endurance and flexibility. Increase dynamic core strength (meaning using the core as a spine stabilizer). Dynamic Reformer. Strengthen and mobilize spine. Improve your posterior/back of body strength. Work inversions and shoulder strength. Improve vestibular and proprioceptive health, function and strength. Sculpt and shape. Transform BMI (body mass index), in other words build lean muscle mass and lose fat. Improve overall coordination.
