This is a VERY dynamic ALL CORE warm up workout. Hit this workout before any other workout following whether strength training or cardio fit training. This will set in your core as your stabilizer and spine support. Short on time? This is all you need, and you’ll feel awesome afterwards! Like the burn? This class goes for the burn in that muscle. We’ll work our entire trunk, not just flexion, lateral flexion and back extension. A very balanced, complete warm up workout.

We start with a beautiful chest opener and breather before moving into our deep tranverse abdominus forward flexion series. Obliques next, a quick glute bridge series, then onto our side. Plan to finish prone working spinal erectors and finishing as we started with a chest opener. You’ll be ready for whatever the day has next for you! Low rep but high in intensity today to favor that deep muscle burn and keep the fluidity from one exercise to the next.
