Exercise Ball Killer Crunches, Day 8 Rock your Core
These exercise ball crunches today will surprise you! From traditional to maybe your first time trying it, these killer crunches deeply tone the abs, obliques, and entire core. Focus on form, precision of execution, breath and control within each exercise to squeeze everything out of it and get the ultimate benefits. It’s Day 8 of our Core Strength Program, more fun on the mat today. I’m trying to cover all the props and toys that are so effective for toning and sculpting the core. Have fun today and push the challenge for yourself where you need it most.

We start with “easy” and gentle forward folds. Adjust to feeling the feedback of the ball underneath you and begin to connect to your core deep in towards your spine. Rolling from one “crunch” to the next you should start to feel the burn in those obliques, don’t take a break, stick with it, it’s a short and quick workout today. Get ready for planks and knee pulls, in addition to side overs. You’ll move in pretty much every direction for a full core challenge with these exercise ball crunches. Where modifications may be needed suggestions are given.
Combine this with any other workout or use it on its own for your core conditioning.
