The Course of this Class : Heart rate UP! Let’s jump for this fat burning Reformer jumpboard session ! We won’t stay on our backs, we’ll move on all sides. You’ll also jump in quadruped for a full body blast. And don’t think your upper body will be forgotten! We’ll spend time chiseling away at those arms in the end for a TTBS = totally toned body sculpting workout.
Goals : Get our heart rate up, burn calories, and tone those legs. But like I said, your whole body will get a workout.
