Today’s fire up abs & adductors workout uses the magic circle to heat up those inner thighs, pelvic floor, transverse abdominus and obliques! As we progress into week 7 of our Core Strength Program we are starting to pick up in our stamina and so we are equally picking up that challenge. Go deep today in your work and you will cinch in all around that waistline!
The Chair and a magic circle (aka Pilates ring). If you don’t have the circle, you can still follow this entire workout without it or use a folded up towel from home.
➡️ Remember our rule! IF you do not have the Chair you will choose a prior workout in our program to repeat so you can remain consistent and do not skip a day.👍🏼

The Course of this Class :
We start with a stomach 5 warm up and move quickly to our side lying position working both obliques and the inner thighs. We will also focus in on building our teaser prep and strength. Practice wheeling your pelvis away from your legs as you lie back onto the chair and rise up again with control and vertebrae segmentation. Get ready to end with hamstring 3 checking to see if you can initiate your hip pike from your adductors, pelvic floor and transverse abdominus and not just muscle the lift from the upper body. Get ready for this fire up workout for both abs and adductors.
