The Course of this Class : Join me in this non-stop choreographed Pilates Mat fit FLOW! Inspired by many of my instagram challenges, this flow is a lot of fun and challenging just by way that there is no stopping from start to finish. Want to target your ABS? Then that’s exactly what we’ll be doing using: bear crouches; planks; and the weight of our legs as well as the small stability ball to increase and intensify the CORE challenge. Do be ready to move in all planes, and to challenge your side plank strength and balance as well!
Goals : Flow and strength. Develop more coordination and greater ease through transitions of exercises.
