Fitball Play Date !

fitball play… *Equipment Needed : Fit ball (at least 55cm large). Reformer.
Focus : Have fun playing with new ideas of using the large fit ball together with the Reformer while we massage our spines, firm and tone our abs, legs, arms and back, and stretch.
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : Are you ready for this?! You guys, we learn BEST when we play, just like kids. We might get older but that doesn’t change! So LET’S PLAY! And the best workout is ALSO when we play, and we aren’t thinking about it necessarily, just having fun. So join me and get ready to fitball play 1) Use your whole body (highlights: legs, abs, arms & back) 2) Massage your spine 3) Turn on and never turn off your anterior serratus 4) Chisel your abs like you’ve likely never tried before 5) Sit up straight 6) Burn & firm your inner thighs, and oh yeah, 7) Stretch at the very end. ;)
Goals : We want to use the contours of the fit ball to lead our spines into more range of movement while also increasing the challenge to building a stronger core.
