*Equipment Needed : Reformer and a Fitball.
Focus : In this Fitball Reformer tone & firm combo workout we will first of all have some very unconventional fun just with this combo alone! The contours and give of the Fitball enable and enhance spinal articulation so we will be sure to use it to lead our spine in all directions. We will also target toning and firming the lats, anterior serratus, hip complex, glutes, legs, feet, and CORE!
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : We start standing, immediately targeting the feet, legs, hip complex, balance, lats and anterior serratus. We then move to the carriage to working out seated posture and spinal articulation. Get ready to heat up the abs very quickly, and then we finish with some extension and side body work.
Goals : Have fun and get stronger, fitter and firmer while doing so! Mobilize and make flexible the spine in all directions. Increase tone and connectivity especially in the trunk: anterior serratus, lats, back, abs, and pelvic floor.
