🤲🏼Welcome to my own personal movement sessions! Come on in and move with me. These sessions could also be called “free flow” as we will move from one exercise, hopefully seamlessly😁, into the next. This program presents a new format which allows you to follow my movement while tuning into your body and breath. Use these workouts not just for fitness but also to develop a deeper mind-body awareness while moving, and to improve your overall movement practice.

What are the workouts like?

Flows vary largely from strong sculpt to power, cardio to long, lean and stretchy. I let my body lead the session, so you’ll have plenty of variety amongst all the flows. 

This is not a teaching series. Workouts are silent and each exercise, along with spring suggestions, will be posted up in the video. We will move to the sound of nature, the machine and our breath. 

What equipment is needed?

The Reformer is admittedly one of my favorite appartuses so many flows will take place on the Reformer. However, the mat and other apparatuses will also be featured so everyone can join in!

What level must I be?

Most flows will be presented at an intermediate practice level with no modification suggestions. Keep an eye out for the level tagged in each flow as this will help you know in more detail if the flow is appropriate for you. Remember that as you improve in your practice you will also know how to modify as needed. If you have any questions or concerns please drop us comments below the flow, or follow our teaching videos more at your level until you feel confident moving and modifying as your body needs.

Use these sessions to both quiet and focus your mind, turn off all the noise, breath and move from your center out.  You’ll finish refreshed and relaxed.
