Foam Roller Stretch & Strength, Tone & Flow Mat Live Replay

*Equipment Needed : Your Mat, a Foam Roller, and a ledge or the back of a chair, or the Reformer box.

This foam roller stretch & strength is a replay of our LIVE Mat workout class on Mondays, for a Mash-up of Pilates, Barre & Fit-Fusion Fun. Today we are using the foam roller to find certain balance challenges and get the beautiful feedback that the roller offers.

Focus :  Today’s mat workout is about full body flow, stretch, strength and balance. We will move the spine in all its directions. Starting with some balance challenges and moving to the mat, we finish with a fun standing challenge at the end.

This class is all about increasing total body tone while moving with fluidity. Nice and short, easy to fit into any busy day!

Class Level :  ALL levels. Modifications given, adjust for your needs.

Goals :  Tone the body and move fluidly. A great class to start any day, or a new week.
