Freedom Jumps, Air Time, Hang Time, Swing Time

FOCUS :   

Join Sara and I in the sun for this trampoline class where we soar high and realign in the sky! Lots of high jumping and hang time for more lymphatic cleansing and spinal realignment. You’ll get that heart rate up, reenergize from head to toe and work all your muscles.

Grab a towel, some sun screen if you are outside, a water bottle and turn on your favorite tunes to jump to!

This quick and fun rebounding class is a feel good workout that will get your sweat on, heart rate pumping and muscles energized and pumped. Get ready to get some air under those feet!

GOALS :     

Cardio cleansing, lymphatic drainage, posture building and reinforcing in the most ideal way, bone densifying, fun loving workout. Find joy, jump again like when you were a kid, work your balance and coordination and just have fun.
