*Equipment Needed : Pilates Chair.
Focus : Full body, 20 minute, strong flow. We’ll work on fluidity through transitions to keep that flow going and not loose any time. The main focus is legs and core, but you’ll feel it everywhere in this strong full body flow.
Class Level : Intermediate++ on up.
The Course of this Class : We start with seated foot work and move straight into Tendon stretch and High Frog working those arms that core and those glutes. Stand it up for lifted lunges facing forward and side. Walk it around for teaser and sidelying work over top the chair. We’ll finish with some nice upper back extensions and booty work!
Goals : Move efficiently and quickly while we tone and firm from inside out. Move with intention, keeping good alignment and engaging from the right places in each exercise. The Chair is a powerful apparatus that requires strength and helps us refine our practice.
