FOCUS :   

Cardio and strength workout with a steady pace to get the heart rate going, work power in the legs, and strength in the core and upper arms and back.

Use this as a stand alone or to supplement in between your Build & Lift classes.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + sitting box + jump board + booty band.

CLASS LEVEL :

GOALS :
