*Equipment Needed : Mat and suspension trainer.
Focus : Full body circuit, up, down and all sides using the TRX. Strength building and fat burning.
Class Level : Upper beginner level taught but this class is for ANY level. Remember that you can adapt or modify anything to your level by making either more intense or less so especially with circuits today.
The Course of this Class : Today’s class we will do 10 reps of each exercise, there will not be the usual flow we are used to but we will be hitting all sides and moving constantly! It starts feeling easy and sneaks up on you as the circuits continue 💪🏼💥 This is full body, plan to really feel your abs, your glutes and your arms.
Goals : Improve mind-body connectivity, increase lean muscle tone, and burn fat with this full body circuit.
