Full Body Feel Good Flow, with❤️to our Posterior Chain

Focus :

From spinal rolls to core toning, leg slides and swings to posterior chain strengthening this full body feel good workout will leave you feeling energized, toned, taller, and more flexible and open. Use this workout if you are wanting to work on your posture; if you have a desk job and need to strengthen your back; if you are needing a full body feel good, move in all directions workout.

Equipment Needed :

Reformer/Tower, Wall springboard or Tower and mat, or full Pilates Cadillac; 2 short medium weight springs attached to your push through bar, and 2 long lighter weight springs with straps.

Class Level :

ALL levels. Great for everyone. Always listen to your body and modify where and if needed.

The Course of this Class :

Starting with roll ups, core work, and bridging to set our foundation, we’ll then turn to quadruped exercises to fire our lats, anterior serratus and triceps while working the glutes and hamstrings. Next, you’ll see side kneeling leg work to prone swan and swimming to lengthen and strengthen the posterior chain. You’ll finish with feet in straps to both shape those legs and work your flexibility. Finally get ready for a fun exercise challenge at the very end of class, so stick with us till the end to not miss it. Class moves steadily and mindfully, enjoy the flow and focus on your center.

This class is a great full body flow, you can come back to as often as you like.

Goals :

Strengthen and lengthen muscle fibers, build lean muscle tone and definition. Improve posture and imbalances. Better alignment. Mobilize spine. Work breath and flow. Move from center out. Increase full body strength and flexibility. Work rotation, extension and lateral lines.
