Taking it back in time to this LIVE full body fitness, Athletic Reformer class when we threw the bosu ball in the mix to add that extra balance and proprioceptive challenge to our bodies. Awesome functional fitness today whether you’re an athlete or not, this class is for all of us! The better balanced we are, the more adept we are to every day life! Get ready for dynamic movement, plenty of standing, hitting glutes, hips, legs, feet and ankles; and of course, the arms and core as well.

We’ll start by setting our core in before standing it up and using that core for our stability throughout class! A strong and focused class, with lots of complex movements and plenty of mobility. Steady pace. Let your body move, avoid any rigidity, and use your breath to engage from your core outward.
