Full Body Flow: Strength & Control, REFORMER FIT IN 15-20

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

Total Body integration in each and every exercise from deep core strength to powerful moves performed with strength, control, grace and flow from center out. You’ll shape and sculpt your muscles from inside-out, improve your alignment, centering, posture, all while increasing your strength and ability to flow from one exercise to the next.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + medium soft ball (if you don’t have one use a towel as a substitute).

CLASS LEVEL :     

Class taught at an intermediate level, however all levels are encouraged to try each class in this series. Modify and adjust as you need, listen to your body. Pause the video, do less or more reps, this is YOUR workout so adapt it to your level today 😊💪!

CLASS FLOW :   

An under 20 minute strengthening and toning workout with continuous flow start to finish. You’ll move during 30-45 second intervals with 10-20 second transitions.

GOALS :     

Quick but deep and effective toning, sculpting, body refining and shaping workouts. Intelligent movement. Functional fitness. Improve alignment, posture, muscle firing, overall strength and fitness, circulation, metabolism boost and energy flow. Learn creative flows and ideas on your Reformer.
