*Equipment Needed : Reformer and Wooden dowel.

Focus : A full body Pilates Reformer workout which will target leg power, standing balance, asymmetries and coordination.

Class Level : Intermediate – Advanced.

The Course of this Class : This full body Pilates reformer class will strengthen and connect you head to toe. We’ll work leg power and lengthening, core strength, standing balance, hip strength and stability; in addition, we’ll work unilaterally, challenging those asymmetries in our bodies, as well as our coordination. The wooden dowel, or Pilates pole, is a fun prop for changing things up. Because we will move fluidly through our sequencing this is a strong and feel good flow !

Goals : Improve our concentration, our coordination, our precision and our flow. In addition, we should shape, tone and firm our legs.
