Full Body Power, Strength & Flow Part 2/2, REFORMER FIT IN 15-20
Specific focus in strength and power in hips, glutes, legs, core and shoulders today. Total Body integration in each and every exercise from deep core strength to powerful moves performed with strength, control, grace and flow from center out. You’ll shape and sculpt your muscles from inside-out, improve your alignment, centering, posture, all while increasing your strength and ability to flow from one exercise to the next.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED :
CLASS LEVEL :
Class taught at an intermediate level, however all levels are encouraged to try each class in this series. Modify and adjust as you need, listen to your body. Pause the video, do less or more reps, this is YOUR workout so adapt it to your level today 😊💪!
CLASS FLOW :
A 20 minute Part 2/2 strengthening and toning workout with continuous flow start to finish. You’ll work the lower body in long and strong movements, the core in focused and precise exercises and the shoulders one side at a time. As we focus on flow today the timer will be in the lower right hand corner to cue you but our intervals are less stringent to the clock and we are more focused on breath and constantly staying engaged and moving throughout class.
