full body reformer… *Equipment Needed : Stability ball. Reformer and Long/Short box.
Focus : A revitalizing, clipping pace. Join me on the Reformer for a full fit flow targeting our upper body strength and our CORE! We’ll work it all, but you’ll have a fitter, firmer, more trimmed and toned posterior chain. This is a dynamic sequence with some more advanced moves, make it your workout, modify if you need to, but try it and challenge yourself.
Class Level : Intermediate – Advanced.
The Course of this Class : We’ll start with some different foot work, bridging and then move up to our feet for some Scooters. Next, onto the Short box for reverse abdominals, Pulling straps, Grasshopper, and Side overs. Long stretch series onto the Long back stretch, Star, Standing Side Splits, Twist, and well, you’ll see the rest. ;) Join me for a full body reformer fit flow!
