Full Body Stretch & Tone with Resistance, Live Class Replay

FOCUS :   

Let’s take it back to this LIVE class, a gentle stretch and light all over full body toning session. Grab your resistance band and let’s move your spine in every direction, open up the sides, chest and heart; stretch and open the shoulders; mobilize the hips and lengthen overall. This is a great class at the end of a long day or the end of a tough week or lots of workouts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED :     

Mat and 1 long resistance band, medium weight.

CLASS LEVEL :     

ALL levels. For everyone!

CLASS FLOW :   

Stretch and tone with flow and long movements.

GOALS :     

Increase stretch and flexibility, while improving overall muscle tone. Move with flow and long sweeping movements. Open shoulders, anterior chain (front of the body), and lateral sides; strengthen glutes and hips. Recovery. Encourage full range of motion. Move with breath. Increase blood flow, energy and metabolism.
