Stronger for Longer FULL Body FUN

*Equipment Needed : Resistance band (as tall or taller than you). Reformer and Long/Short box.
Focus : This is a lower body, leg strong focus today, while we will also get a very full body, well rounded workout. Abs, arms, upper back will also be exercised.
Class Level : Intermediate on up.
The Course of this Class : I love this fun, dynamic class; we start from feet up, literally. Feet first, next legs and glutes, then abs, and finally our upper back and arms is our focus. We will use the theraband to start before moving over to the Reformer. This will work both our upper body and our lower body while we focus on breath and alignment. This is therefore a very well rounded, FULL BODY workout, toes on up! There isn’t anything we leave out. Even your spine will feel stronger and more supple afterwards.
Goals : Lengthen and strengthen the legs, hamstrings, glutes, hips; develop more lean muscle mass; center the mind and body by building strong abs and core; open the chest.
