Focus : Full Body tone, flow and lean muscle building! Welcome to Day 1, Week 2, of our REFORMER EVERY DAY challenge, or Reformer “1 a day” Monday through Friday weekly schedule.
Class Level : Intermediate level taught, but I encourage ALL levels to try this class and this weekly schedule. Remember that you can adapt or modify anything to your level by making either more intense or less so. Suggestions are made throughout by how you can do that!
The Course of this Class : Today we start with some fun and easy single leg standing exercises, then move to sitting on the foot bar. Get ready for some more advanced exercises today like Snake and Twist, and Tendon stretch between easier flows.
Goals : Improve lean muscle full body tone.
Move every day on the Reformer. Alternate focus to get a full body workout throughout the entire week. Train smart. Get stronger. Improve fitness level. Increase mind-body awareness and connectivity. Always improve muscle tone, balance & coordination. Oh and… have some fun 👍🏼!
