This full body toning workout right at home gives you everything you need to sculpt and tone from home. Combining compound exercises with core sliders, appropriately named as they increase our core strengthening today with all our full body exercises. These days is like combining our upper and lower body days together along with core strengthening exercises. The whole body is targeted, head to toe, including balance and coordination. You’ll increase your stamina, strength and mind-body connectivity.
You’re in week 3 of our 30 day Strength Training for fat loss program, bravo you! I’m proud of you and your commitment to yourself! I hope you are feeling stronger this week! We will continue to build on the strength we have been gaining.
Remember that the addition of weights increases our fat burning and lean muscle building efforts. If you are new to this, then leave them out. Once you are able to move with proper form, please feel free to add them in! Form always over function.

Your mat, 1 heavier set of dumbbells, 1 lighter set of dumbbells, magic circle, a box or step or stair, and finally a glider or slider, you can also use a paper plate or your socks on carpet (totally optional).
ALL levels. For any exercises needing possible modifications whether to make it more or less difficult, suggestions will be given. Challenge yourself while also always listening to your body. Make this your workout!
The Course of this Class :
The fun thing about this full body toning workout at home is that we will basically be doing what we did on the Reformer on the mat. From yoga and fitness inspired standing exercises to Pilates core ab exercises on the mat, everything is covered today. You’ll hit those inner thighs, obliques and pelvic floor using the circle; as well as glutes and hamstrings. You’ll also get a full body workout using the weights overhead while sliding out into all sorts of lunges and skates. Have fun. Stay focused on your core throughout all of class. Engage the muscles you are wanting to tone, when we remain mindful change happens! Stay present and focus in. Class pace is moderate, today is about strength training so slow and controlled.
At 40 minutes today you have had a full workout and do not need to do more. Save your energy, if you really want to add more still, stretch or do a little cardio and I’ll see you tomorrow. Just remember not to overdo! Drop me a comment below of how you found class! 👇🏼
