Focus : Full circle fit, full body tone with a fluid flow from one exercise to the next. Welcome to Day 2, Week 3, of our REFORMER EVERY DAY challenge, or Reformer “1 a day” Monday through Friday weekly schedule.
Class Level : Intermediate level taught, but I encourage ALL levels to try this class and this weekly schedule. Remember that you can adapt or modify anything to your level by making either more intense or less so. Suggestions are made throughout by how you can do that!
The Course of this Class : Today’s class combines contemporary with classical exercises and flow for a fun, fluid, fit class. We’ll use the circle to the max to fire up our shoulder stabilizers, arms and then our pelvic floor, core and inner thighs. Plan to move in all planes and feel amazing afterwards! 😉
Goals : Improve lean muscle full body tone; improve execution, connectivity and alignment in certain exercises with this full circle fit; improve shoulder stabilizer strength.
Move every day on the Reformer. Alternate focus to get a full body workout throughout the entire week. Train smart. Get stronger. Improve fitness level. Increase mind-body awareness and connectivity. Always improve muscle tone, balance & coordination. Oh and… have some fun 👍🏼!
