Functional Athletic, Court to Sport to Every Day Reformer, Live Replay

Focus : 

This functional athletic Reformer live class replay will help you improve your every day movement patterns all the way to performance on the court of your preferred sport. Have fun mixing it up in this creative class by swinging, skating and weight shifting lower body to upper body. Class pace is moderate, giving you time to set up both your material and your alignment. Explore your movement patterns in this class, tap into your center and improve the quality and efficiency of your movement.

Equipment Needed : 

Reformer, Reformer box, and 1 long light to medium resistance band.

The Course of this Class :

Today’s live class replay involves lots of standing work, lunges, skates, weight transfer, shifting, twisting, and working the diagonal systems in the body. If you ever feel like there is too much coordination required, just follow the lower body movement and add in the arms only as you want. Remember to adapt this to your level and at the same time challenge yourself. We start on one side of the machine for the first part of class and repeat on the other side for the latter part of class. Get ready to finish with a fabulous core plank challenge.
