Get Longer, Get Stronger, REFORMER FIT IN 15-20

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

Full body, lengthening and strengthening flow. Using lots of upper body strength via support, whilst pushing the length through the legs and stabilizing with our core this class will challenge your strength, balance, coordination and connection while leaving you feeling stretched, open, centered and released at the end.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer only.

CLASS LEVEL :     

Class taught at an intermediate to advanced level, however all levels are encouraged to try each class in this series. Modify and adjust as you need, suggestions are given to how you can modify, listen to your body. Pause the video, do less or more reps, this is YOUR workout so adapt it to your level today 😊💪!

CLASS FLOW :   

A 25 minute strengthening, stretching and toning workout with continuous flow start to finish. You’ll move accompanied by a timer to cue you to your next movement and just in case you’re wondering “how many more?’!

GOALS :     

Deep and effective toning, sculpting, body refining and shaping workouts. Intelligent movement. Functional fitness. Improve alignment, posture, muscle firing, overall strength and fitness, circulation, metabolism boost and energy flow. Learn creative flows and ideas on your Reformer.
