Focus : GET MOVING today no matter how crazy of a day you might have! This quick workout is the last in a series of 3 short, simple, yet effective workouts. We are targeting the BOOTY & our balance today, but we’ll sneak in a full body workout also with our body positioning and that balance disk! Remember if you need to up the level, make this YOUR WORKOUT because this is YOUR TIME, add reps and increase your weights!
Class Level : Beginner on up. For everyone really! Please add reps &/or heavier weights to increase the level of difficulty.
The Course of this Class : Let’s get straight to it, no time to loose, we have 11 minutes! We start kneeling with donkey kicks and glute work. We then, move it up to standing on the disk while moving! I won’t give away our short sequence, but I’ll tell you, join me, it’ll be over before you know it! Let’s have fun and make our time count!
