Heart Strengthening Cardio Jumpboard for Health & Longevity!

Level: Advanced, All Levels, Beginner, Intermediate

FOCUS :   

For you jump board lovers and for all of us this 35 minute cardio class focuses on maintaining a fat burning heart rate for about 25 minutes sustained. (Note: this beat is individual to each and every one of us. If you are not sure what it is, or do not have a monitor, you should think of giving between 60-80% of your maximum. You should still be able to talk while working out, that can be another indicator albeit less precise!) Then, for 4 minutes we’ll try to go all out, as best we can in the studio (without sprinting a hill) to help improve our anaerobic fitness and heart health. This workout is for all of us as we all need this type of training to be healthy and have the best longevity we can in this life.

Please use this cardio workout and all others as often as you want and need to add cardio into your week! Make sure you do at least a few times a week!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED : 

Reformer + jump board + sitting box + soft ball + 1 medium weighted dumbbell.

CLASS LEVEL :     

All levels.

GOALS :     

Strengthen heart health, blood vessels and cardiovascular strength and stamina. Burn excess fat. Improve and maintain a healthy cardio fitness level. Boost energy. Improve anaerobic fitness and health. Strengthen and maintain healthy and strong bones. Boost your metabolism. Improve your circulation. Have fun with jumping, using low impact while building bones, improving posture and your muscles’ proprioception. Build lean muscle tone, and reshape our bodies. This class will work your total body. Work coordination and cognitive fitness connection. Increase feet and ankle strength. Tone, shape and sculpt.
