HIIT Circuits & Body Sculpting “Reformer Every Day” THURSDAY

Focus : Total body with HIIT circuits & body sculpting on and off the Reformer. Welcome to Day 4, Week 2, of our REFORMER EVERY DAY challenge, or Reformer “1 a day” Monday through Friday weekly schedule.
Class Level : Intermediate level taught, but I encourage ALL levels to try this class and this weekly schedule. Remember that you can adapt or modify anything by making it either more or less intense. Suggestions are made throughout by how you can do that!
The Course of this Class : We start with core sculpting moves on the Reformer and then we move it to the mat and box for some circuits. We’ll get our heart rate up and cover every plane, all sides and full body integration.
Goals : Improve endurance and stamina, increase fit level, add in some cardio and increase muscle tone and strength.
Move every day on the Reformer. Alternate focus to get a full body workout throughout the entire week. Train smart. Get stronger. Improve fitness level. Increase mind-body awareness and connectivity. Always improve muscle tone, balance & coordination. Oh and… have some fun 👍🏼!
